facile technique
As defined, the Facile Technique is a newer, better, and, more importantly, a safer process in plastic surgery.  It is the latest bladeless surgical technique in breast enhancement. It’s safer, with less discomfort, and quicker recovery time.  And in many cases, recovery can take as little as 24 hours.
Developed by Michael H. Freedland, M.D., this process uses visionary techniques to best achieve your desired results while consequently reducing surgical time, but more importantly enhancing safety.  After years of perfecting the Facile Technique and countless inquiries from plastic surgeons across the country, Dr. Freedland is now completing his soon to be released book on the subject.
This technique does not apply to just the surgical procedure, but to the entire process.  Beginning with the initial consultation, the Facile Technique introduces a new process of gathering information.  The procedure itself doesn't use a scalpel, there is less bleeding, pain and fewer complications.  Facile uses special lighting which allows for meticulous dissection of the muscle, better placement of the implant and patients receive less anesthesia.   The technique concludes with hyperbaric compression healing to ensure better results.
“My primary concern is the patient.” says Dr. Freedland.  “It is my obligation to seek the best possible surgical plan from the moment you walk in my door through the complete recovery process.”  Discover the Facile Technique, a newer, better, and safer process in plastic surgery.
